The purpose of the Bereavement & Loss group is to support participants to manage their feelings when the inevitable triggers occur. Sharing through respect, dignity and mutual empowerment, peer support helps people regain a sense of purpose.

Bereavement & Loss Group meet weekly for a block of 6 weeks.

The group meet from 10:30am – 12:00 at Hope Cafe in Stepping Stones, Kilbowie Road, Clydebank.

During those 6 weeks the group look at their lived experience of loss, they share resources and support, and they encourage attendees to follow up by joining their cohort group for ongoing support.
