Stepping Stones facilitate a range of group activities across West Dunbartonshire. Groups can be a great way to receive peer support and self manage your own health and wellbeing. Many of our groups are Peer lead and can provide wonderful opportunities to form community connections and friendships.

Groups generally run in blocks 3 or 4 times a year, this allows for holidays and reviews with our members to ensure we are meeting their needs and expectations. You must be a member (have an active referral or are receiving support) to attend a Stepping Stones Group.

Once the referral for groups is received support staff will talk to the person about their support needs. Support staff will discuss the group activities, appropriateness of the group and help to identify any support needs.

You can find out more about each group below, and our events calendar is a great way of seeing what groups are on and when.
