Walking is usually one of the simplest ways to stay active as it can boost your mood and overall wellbeing, reduce your isolation, and connect with people while getting light exercise.
Our walks are designed to meet everyone’s needs, and each walk has a more energetic and a more accessible route.
Meet at Stepping Stones at 10:15am to set off for 10:30am and walks last for approximately an hour.
