Monday 11th – Sunday 17th May

The theme for 2026 ‘Mental Health Awareness Week is “action”. Stepping Stones are encouraging our members and supporters to take action to improve mental health, and improve the awareness of mental health in our communities.

  • Improve your mental health by taking action to improve your overall health and wellbeing – Why not use our Top Tips for Self Care?
  • Take action by taking part in our ‘Wear Green Week’ challenge to raise awareness of mental health; you can use your clothing choices as a disussion point to raise awareness of mental health and the work of organisations like Stepping Stones ; you could make a donation or turn it into a sponsored event .
  • Take action by Making a Donation and funding the work of Stepping Stones Mental Health Services – You can donate online or by contacting the office, you’ll also find us bucket collecting in the Clyde Shopping Centre, Clydebank on Friday 15th.
  • Come and Talk to Us about your mental health needs or questions – We’ll be attending events in Clyde Shopping Centre 9am-5pm, and in the Vale of Leven Hospital 9am -12 noon, both on Friday 15th May.
  • Support your own Mental Health by Attending a Stepping Stones Group or Appointment during MH Awareness Week.
