As of October 2026, our average waiting times are;

First assessment appointment –13 weeks

Person Centred Counselling – 32 weeks

Individual Support – 37 weeks

Guided Self Help – 32 weeks

Enhanced Guided Self Help – 42 weeks

Groups – Members are eligible to join the next group block following their assessment
