As of September 2026, our average waiting times are;

First assessment appointment –12 weeks

Person Centred Counselling – 33 weeks

Individual Support – 30 weeks

Guided Self Help – 35 weeks

Enhanced Guided Self Help – 38 weeks

Groups – Members are eligible to join the next group block following their assessment
