As of July 2026, our average waiting times are;

First assessment appointment –1 weeks

Person Centred Counselling – 35 weeks

Individual Support – 41 weeks

Guided Self Help – 42 weeks

Enhanced Guided Self Help – 39 weeks

Groups – Members are eligible to join the next group block following their assessment
