Positive Futures is a 6 week course on managing anxiety for a positive future.

This session is 2 of 6 that Stepping Stones are running at Dumbarton Riverside Church.

The Lifestyle and Anxiety  session looks at life choices that can influence anxiety, including:

  •  Diet
  • Regular Eating
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • Substance Use
  • Smoking
  • Physical exercise
  •  Sleep
