Positive Futures is a 6 week course on managing anxiety for a positive future.

This session is 4 of 6 that Stepping Stones are running at Clydebank Library.

The Challenge Unhelpful Thinking session looks at thoughts and how to manage them, including:

  • The Cognitive Model
  • Unhelpful Thought Styles
  • Replacing Thoughts
