The purpose of our Peer Led social group is for people to reduce their isolation, form connections and friendships, and learn new skills. By attending groups and socialising the outcomes can be significant to improving health and wellbeing. Peers are people who have lived experience and share their support and learnings with others.

Dumbarton Social Group meet on a Thursday at 2pm-4pm at Riverside Parish Church, High street, Dumbarton.
