The purpose of our social group is for people to reduce their isolation, form connections and friendships, and learn new skills. By attending groups and socialising the outcomes can be significant to improving health and wellbeing.

This staff led group helps people to take those initial steps with participating in group activities. Once members have attended this block they can choose to continue with the Peer led cohort and wider social group.

Dumbarton Social Group meet on a Thursday at 2pm-4pm at Riverside Parish Church, High street, Dumbarton.
