DESCRIPTION:Our Women’s Groups are mental health specific wellbeing groups for Women in West\nDunbartonshire. The groups  provide activities that have a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing\, reduces loneliness and isolation and boosts confidence and self-esteem. \nThe groups address issues such as gender inequality and how this impacts mental health; providing support that will enhance education and knowledge around gender inequalities\, develop robust self-care systems through the introduction of complementary therapies and activities to enable women to make their own positive choices that would improve their lives. \nClydebank Women’s Group meet every fortnight\, Tuesday at  11am-1pm at Clydebank Library\, Clydebank.
