Clydebank Relaxation Group

Our Relaxation Groups are led by our volunteers and peers. These are hour long sessions that involve a mixture of mindfulness activities and often meditation. The aim of the groups are to provide tools and tips for supporting your own wellbeing.
Clydebank Relaxation Group meet every week, Mondays 11am -12pm, at Hope cafe, Stepping Stones.
